Design Consultation & Brief
A free initial consultation going through the brief is key in any project to meet your requirements and aspirations. During this stage we learn about how you wish to use the property, your personal style, lifestyle & aspirations. We create a picture of the project through a site visit, floor plans and photographs ensuring all factors such as time scale, budget, and any other requirements are taken into consideration. Following this briefing we will propose our concept, outlining your brief as we understand it, with an estimated budget for the FF&E and our design fee.
Concept Design & Space Planning
Interpreting the detailed brief we will present the concept designs, consisting of floor plans illustrating the proposed furniture layouts and any structural changes that may be required, and mood board presentations containing samples of all proposed finishes as well as imagery of suggested furniture and joinery concepts. This is a very collaborative stage and we invite our clients to give as much feedback as possible to ensure we are on the right page.me to add your own content and make changes to the font.
Project Management
We will carefully guide you through and coordinate your interior design requirements from the initial brief through to completion. You shall see your project unfold effortlessly through each stage of the design process without any stress.
